Prescription Medications:

• If you received the incorrect medication.
• If the medication arrived damaged or in unsuitable conditions.

Non-Prescription Products:

• If you received damaged or defective non-prescription products.

Please note that due to the nature of pharmaceutical products and the products we offer, we cannot accept returns of prescription medications, condoms and Lubricants once they have left our facility, except in the circumstances mentioned above.

Prescription Medications:

• Contact our Customer Support Team at shop@sfhaccess.org within 12 hours of receiving your order to report the issue.
• Provide detailed information including an image about the problem, including your order number and a description of the issue.
• Our team will guide you through the return process and initiate a replacement if applicable.

Non-Prescription Products:

• Contact our Customer Support Team at shop@sfhaccess.org within 12 hours of receiving your order to report the issue.
• Provide detailed information about the problem, including your order number and a description of the issue.
